- If you would like to cancel or move an appointment please give us at least a 48 hours’ notice to refill that slot if possible. Otherwise you may be charged a late cancellation fee of 50%.
- Please arrive 5 mins early for your appointments to use the rest room, sanitise hands and fill out any relevant paperwork required.
- Please have respect for other clients and switch your mobile phone to silent before coming into the salon. There may be relaxing treatments in progress.
- We do require all clients to fill out a health questionnaire which is required for insurance purposes. Paper copies are kept in a locked cabinet and only accessible by staff of Five Senses Hideaway. They must be kept for 7 years after your last appointment. Contact details are also kept on our online booking system which is only accessed by us with a password.
- At the present time all staff and clients must wear a mask within the salon.
