Favourite Quotation :
"Love begins with a smile, grows with a kiss, ends with a tear. When you were born, you were crying and everyone around you was smiling. Live your life so that when you die, you're the one smiling and everyone around you is crying."
How long have you been a Therapist for?
What is your favourite Treatment to have?
My favourite treatment to have would be one of the Decleor Anti Ageing Facials. The products smell amazing and are highly active. All the Decleor Facials start with a Diagnostic Back Massage which can indicate which organs in the body may be out of balance. It also helps relax the muscles and body before the Treatment. The Facial is Divine and includes lots of Massage,Pressure points, Aromatic Drainage and a heavenly mask which lifts and plumps the skin evening out lines and wrinkles.
What is your favourite Treatment to perform?
I love to do Reflexology on people. I trained in an Asian method of Reflexology called 'Rwo Shu' in year 2000 in Chiang Mai, Thailand. I later trained in the Ingham method of Reflexology at the 'City of Bristol College' in year 2002. You can learn so much about a persons health from their feet and can help heal imbalances in the body by a course of treatments. People can enjoy a half hour or an hour session and will find it deeply relaxing. I also really like to combine it with Reiki treatments, energy flows really well from the feet.
What is your Favourite Product?
Eminence Firm skin Acai Mask.....this mask really plumps the skin and is full of Anti Oxidant ingredients. Using a mask every week is the very best way to see instant results in your skin. It is a vital part of the skin care routine that a lot of people miss out.
My favourite hobbies include Hillwalking, Kayaking, Snowboarding, all Racquet Sports, running, swimming and the gym. We are very lucky to live in such a beautiful part of the world and being quite an active person I love to get out outdoors and enjoy the scenery and fresh air.
Travelling has been a passion of mine for years and I try to get away as often as possible to experience different places, cultures, countries and meet new people. My favourite country to visit was Nepal and Indonesia.....I love Asian food especially Thai and enjoy cooking Asian inspired food or dishes. When I'm away I take every opportunity to get out Diving, snorkelling or swimming with Dolphins.
I like to read when I get the opportunity but life has been quite busy over the last few years so I have not had chance to do as much recently, same with Art and Painting but hopefully I will get back into it again soon.
Hanging out with my little boy and going off on mini adventures is one of my greatest hobbies, he never fails to put a smile on my face. I love spending time with family and friends. Meals out or in, the theatre, special events or festivals, few wines in a nice bar, Cinema, city visits and anything else that I can fit in to experience as life is too short to miss any opportunities.
